The terms that apply when you buy from Carat Drop Jewelry LLC.
Products
All diamonds sold by Carat Drop are laboratory-grown and independently graded. Each stone is unique and available in a quantity of one. Photography and video are captured under lighting intended to represent the stone fairly; appearance still varies with lighting conditions.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Because each diamond is one of a kind, a stone may sell during a live event moments before an online order is placed. If a stone you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you promptly and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A Carat Drop specialist confirms availability and payment before the order is accepted and the diamond ships. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or where a listing contained a pricing error.
Value and resale
Laboratory-grown diamonds should not be purchased as a financial investment. Secondary-market resale values are typically low and market prices may change. Nothing on this site is an appraisal or a representation of future value.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carat Drop Jewelry LLC's liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount paid for the diamond in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
