Dispatch

Orders are prepared for dispatch within one to three business days of payment clearing. Stones that require a new grading report or additional imaging may take longer; we will tell you the expected timeline in writing before you pay.

Insurance and delivery

All domestic shipments are insured for their full value and require an adult signature on delivery. We cannot release a package for unattended delivery, and we cannot ship to a freight forwarder.

• Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned
• Discreet packaging with no jeweller branding on the exterior

Damaged or missing shipments

If a parcel arrives damaged or shows any sign of tampering, refuse delivery and contact us the same day. Report a lost or delayed shipment within seven days of the expected delivery date so we can file the insurance claim in time.

International orders

International shipping is arranged case by case. Duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and we will provide a written quote before shipping.
